A Night to Remember: Redlands Swing Ball 2025 a Resounding Success
What an incredible night! On Saturday 31st May 2025, the community came together for a dazzling evening of rhythm, style, and celebration at the Redlands Swing Ball — and it certainly did not disappoint.
Held at Redlands Memorial Hall in Smith St, Cleveland, the event once again sold out following last year’s success, with guests flooding the dance floor for a joyful night of swing music, social connection, and vintage glamour.
The evening kicked off with a high-energy taster dance class led by the always fabulous Swing Patrol, supported by Jazz band Girl Friday, warming up both new and seasoned dancers alike. Attendees learned the basics of swing, setting the tone for the spectacular floorshow that followed. The dancers didn’t just perform—they lit up the room.
Guests enjoyed the community vibe with a BYO picnic spread, along with the ever-popular sausage sizzle that kept everyone fueled for the dance floor. From cheese platters to sparkling beverages, the festivity was nearly as lively as the dancing!
The atmosphere was made even more vibrant with the parade of vintage glamour, as many guests dressed to the nines in their best swing-era attire. Congratulations to our Best Dressed Award winners who truly embodied the timeless spirit of the event.
