Shana is our Operations Manager and Body Corporate Manager, bringing over 15 years’ extensive experience in the Body Corporate industry.

Throughout her career, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the legislative and operational requirements governing community titles schemes. Shana is highly experienced in advising Committees, preparing and administering meetings, overseeing financial management processes including budgeting and insurance, and ensuring ongoing compliance with statutory obligations.

She has worked closely with Committees and Building Managers across a broad range of maintenance and capital works projects, providing clear, practical guidance to support informed decision-making. Shana also has experience assisting with dispute resolution and mediation matters, approaching complex situations with professionalism, sound legislative knowledge, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Her leadership capability, strong governance knowledge, and commitment to best-practice body corporate management enable her to deliver consistent, compliant, and client-focused outcomes.

Felix

Strata Manager

Felix has been part of the Body Corporate and Facilities Management industry for the last 7 years and brings extensive experience in managing multi-site schemes. He specialises in dispute resolution, including negotiation, conciliation, and litigation, as well as contract administration and defects management. This expertise allows him to provide practical, compliant guidance to Committees and Owners while ensuring schemes are managed efficiently and effectively.

Prior to his work in Body Corporate, Felix gained 18 years of experience in the hospitality and retail sectors, working with a variety of global brands. This background has equipped him with strong communication and presentation skills, a keen analytical approach to budgets and business transactions, and the ability to build productive partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.

Felix is committed to delivering clear, practical advice, empowering Committees and Owners to make informed decisions. Known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive approach, he consistently strives to achieve positive outcomes for the communities he manages.

Strata Assistant

Misty is our Strata Assistant with over 11 years of combined experience in body corporate and property management, Misty brings strong industry knowledge and administrative expertise to her role as a Strata Assistant at Redlands. Throughout her career, she has developed a thorough understanding of strata operations, supporting body corporate managers, assisting committees and owners, and helping ensure the smooth administration of community schemes.

Her experience across both body corporate and property management has provided her with a well-rounded perspective on the property industry. She is highly organised, detail-oriented, and takes pride in ensuring documentation, correspondence, and administrative processes are managed accurately and efficiently while supporting clear communication between managers, committees, and lot owners.

Outside of work, Misty enjoys expressing her creativity through arts and crafts. She creates miniature clay cakes and handmade clay jewellery, including earrings and pendants, and has showcased her creations at local markets over the past few years. She also enjoys painting and drawing, which provide a relaxing creative outlet in her spare time.

Rochelle joined the Body Corporate industry in 2017 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as Strata Finance Officer. With a strong understanding of trust accounting, budgeting, levy management and financial reporting, she plays a vital role in ensuring schemes are managed with accuracy, transparency and compliance.

Rochelle is highly organised and detail-oriented, with a practical approach to financial management that supports Committees in making informed decisions for their communities. Her depth of experience across a variety of schemes enables her to confidently navigate the financial requirements unique to each property.

Known for her reliability and approachable nature, Rochelle is committed to delivering efficient and professional service while maintaining strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys spending quality time with her family and her dog, making the most of time together and the balance it brings to her life.
