Starting in body corporate back in 2002, Tina has experience in managing a variety of schemes, committees and issues, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes. Body corporate can often seem complex to many owners but Tina aims to always provide clear and useful information to make living in a community scheme simpler. Her strengths are organisation, attention to detail, problem solving and mediation. Having worked alongside some of the industry’s most knowledgeable and regarded managers and team members, she enjoys the challenges of her role and loves coming to work each day.

When Tina is not at work, you can find her honing her creative skills, travelling or spending time with family.

Meet Laura, our Branch Manager at Redlands.

Laura oversees the daily operations of a busy body corporate office, leading a team of professionals and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality service across a diverse portfolio of schemes. Her role involves strategic planning, team development, client relationship management, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Laura is actively developing her leadership approach, with a particular focus on building a proactive, collaborative team culture that promotes efficiency, accountability, and professional growth.

Keen to experience new challenges and drawn to dynamic working environments, Laura transitioned into body corporate management after an extensive career in the real estate industry.

She supports Bodies Corporate with the day-to-day operation of their schemes, including calling and conducting meetings, maintaining records, and providing expert guidance on legislative matters in line with the BCCM Act and relevant regulations.

Laura brings over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry across multiple states, including more than 7 years specialising in body corporate management. Her experience spans a broad range of scheme types, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the sector.

She has also developed strong conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement skills, with a particular strength in facilitating cooperative outcomes. A natural mediator, Laura is motivated by helping people reach practical, amicable solutions.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys aerial sports, reading, sewing, and gardening.

Tom possesses 15 years of extensive experience in the Building Management Industry, including recent years as a strata manager. He has served as a Building Manager, Caretaker, and Resident Manager, gaining a deep understanding of his clients’ needs. Tom consistently goes above and beyond to surpass their expectations, providing friendly, knowledgeable service with a welcoming smile.  A proud dad, he spends his weekends enjoying father / daughter time.
