Operations Manager
Shana joins us with over 14 years experience in Body Corporate and Customer Service. She has a strong understanding of background processes such as accounts and insurance and enjoys diving into new projects, problem solving and building meaningful relationships with her clients. This is balanced with operating within the legislative framework to help ensure committees and the body corporate meet their compliance requirements. Her experience includes working closely with Committees and Building Managers on a wide variety of maintenance projects, as well as supporting mediation and dispute resolution when needed. With a growing family, Shana has recently decided to trade city life for a more balanced pace, joining Redlands Body Corporate to continue doing what she loves in Strata.
